BIGGER BONKERS

RULES OF PLAY

1. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Lets Go Bonkers does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
2. We provide members of staff who monitor the equipment and have access to first aid facilities. Our staff are not provided to supervise children using the facilities.
3. Children who are unwell should not use the facilities.
4. Only children who are under 4’10” or 148cm height may play. Children over this height may play at the discretion of the supervising staff.
5. Play is restricted to 2 hours during peak / busy periods.
6. Age restrictions vary dependant on the play area the visitors and children are using. These are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all children.
7. Personal items must be left with parents/guardian. We cannot accept any liability for theft.
8. Vehicles are parked at owners risk.
9. Please supervise your children when arriving and leaving our centre.
10. Please remove shoes before entering the play area.
11. We advise the wearing of socks, long sleeved tops, long trousers / tights this is to prevent frictions burns. Socks can be purchased from reception.
12. For safety reasons clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
13. No sharp objects must be taken into the play area by the children using the equipment.
14. It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
15. No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play areas.
16. Please do not play in front of the slide exits.
17. Aggressive or spiteful behaviour will not be tolerated. Guilty parties will be asked to leave. Also, staff have the right to refuse entry to the play centre.
18. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well being of the child in their care at all times while in the Centre, and must maintain supervision at all times.
19. Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide necessary assistance and minimise the potential of reoccurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits.
20. All damages to Lets Go Bonkers property or equipment either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.
21. Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the baby changing area/disabled toilet. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
22. For Health and Safety reasons, only food and drink purchased at Lets Go Bonkers may be consumed on the premises. With the exception of bottle-fed/weaning babies or special dietary needs for which we do not cater.
23. Report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff. Do not attempt to intervene yourself.

Lets Go Bonkers team of staff supervise the play equipment, they are not however a replacement for parental supervision. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, Lets Go Bonkers cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
